I went to this facility a week ago, with a broken hand, had X-rays taken. I did not receive a call back for 3 days. After that they told me I had to request my results, then called back the next two days, just for them to tell me they lost my record. I went to a REAL DOCTOR today and found out I need a cast and possible surgery! I work with my hands, I have already lost two weeks of pay due to the incompetent workers at this facility. They should be embarrassed and have her license taken away. Not to mention when I was there I sat and waited forty-five minutes for a 5-minute appointment! this place is a sick joke! If you have an emergency or any sickness go somewhere professional where they care about their patient!

Great organization. Their Children's Learning Center is a wonderful place! My son has attended the summer day camp each year since he was 4 and also went for an amazing Preschool program.
Do not take your children to the learning center. My child and many others in the class were being bullied by another child. The bully was threatening their lives, and threatening to take his own life. 3 different parents had made complaints. My favorite response was \oh that's just him\ seriously. Your job is to protect all the children trusted in your care. We complained 3 different times to different supervisors. We were always blown off. We complained to the teacher who said \your child is only 6 maybe he's making it up.\ In the end I complained to the director of the learning center, who did not want to solve the problem. Every child there is just a paycheck. I pulled my child from the program and filed a complaint with the state licensing board. So disappointed.
Most of my dealings with OFS is work related as I am a vendor of theirs. I can tell you though, they are a great bunch of people. My wife and I would have used them for our adoptions if they weren't so far from our home.
So welcoming. They are willing to help and listen if you let them.
