Order a tent for Thanksgiving. The tent did not even walls did not even lay flush to the ground and almost 3-4 inches of open space. The heater they recommended was not sufficient to keep the tent warm as they represented, and it was very cold in the tent. They should have recommended a larger heater. I've ordered tents from other places for Thanksgiving in similar and colder weather that are like an extension to my kitchen and were very comfortable to sit in.

As with every business, there are good days and bad days - that's life. There are always 3 sides to every story - the customer's side, our side, and the truth, which lies somewhere in between. A customer may perceive a member of the staff as having an attitude, but maybe they are just having a bad day - after all, we are all human. Our customers are very important to us - they keep food on our tables, our doors open and our utilities on. Customer service is our number one priority and we strive to treat everyone with the same respect and importance. We just ask that our customers do the same. While every event is very important to our customers, as it is to us, it is not the only one we have booked for that same day. Therefore we cannot give specific delivery times due to unforeseen circumstances at each setup/delivery that inevitably seem to happen. Just remember the golden rule...treat others as you wish to be treated.

I have used Uncle Buck's for several parties in my home. The quality has always been good for rental equipment. Linen's clean, pressed and high quality. Once had a problem with what was delivered, however the problem came from the wrong item being typed on the contract, called them and they were back at the house within 30 minutes delivering the items I needed.

Uncle Buck's delivered DIRTY AND RUSTED tables & chairs even after the contract CLEARLY STATED ON THE INVOICE that I was having an INDOOR PARTY ON NEW CARPET. I had to WASH EACH leg on EVERY chair and table, in addition, I had to PURCHASE felt protectors so that my carpet would not stain, and to top it off, there were DEAD BUGS on some of the chairs!! UNBELIEVABLE!!! I will NEVER do business with this company again and warn everyone I know about their lack of concern and their breach of contract!
