My husband got a flat tire driving home from Hilton Head and happened to be in Pooler at the time of the blowout. While he put on the spare, he had me call Discount Tire to see if they had the right size tires in stock, and if they would even be able to help him that day since it was already 4:30 PM, and they closed at 6. Discount Tire went above and beyond to get me the information I needed over the phone. They were prepared when my husband arrived at the shop 30 minutes later and had him in and out in probably 30 minutes with 2 new tires. They were also very understanding that he had our 75 lb dog with him and were gracious enough to let him wait with our dog in the air-conditioned lobby during summer heat. Would definitely recommend Discount Tire to all.

Let me start by saying, this location has earned a lifelong customer after today. I had concerns before I went just due to this being a chain location and I was having aftermarket wheels and tires mounted however all those concerns were irrelevant when I arrived. My salesperson Joe was outstanding and very personable, Mark who helped out during the process and helped me with the TPMS relearn was super friendly and professional. Even my initial phone call with Paul before I came put my mind to ease with his excellent professionalism. You can also tell the techs they have in the back know what they are doing. They’re just as friendly as the sales people as well! I was in and out in about 20 minutes, 4 wheels and tires mounted and balanced perfectly. No blemishes, scratches, nothing! This type of customer service is a rarity in today’s time. I will be seeing them again soon for another vehicle and no doubt another 5 star review coming their way!

WOW. Amazing service. Literally in and out with 4 new tires in less than 15 minutes.
Took a nail through our tire literally right before starting a 6 hour drive home from our vacation with a baby in the car. Mark and the crew at this DT were amazing. Had us in and out, back on the road with a new tire in under 15 minutes. Didn't even have time for the baby to wake up/fuss. Major props to this crew and location.
