The office personnel are usually very nice. The doctor always seemed nice until she got a new "toy" and decided to pass along the cost of her new toy to her patients. Yearly checkups are covered by my insurance at 100% for every family member but she tried to charge me an extra 50 per person (without telling me) instead of doing things the way she had before because it was "in our best interests" but failed to mention that she would charge us for this great privilege. It's always so nice to get a large bill at the end when you're not expecting to pay anything at all. When I tried to talk to the staff about the charge, they refused to even consider removing it. Then I spoke to the doctor about the charge and she eventually said she would remove it "this one time, to be nice" but I would have to pay it in the future. Um, no. You just lost customers, that's what happened. I spoke to my insurance company later who told me that she cannot be charging for that service. When the insurance contract says the checkup is paid for at 100%, then it is paid for at 100%, regardless if the doctor wants to do the same checkup with a fancy new toy or not. So don't let them charge you extra! Know what your insurance pays and what you pay! Stand up for yourself and report them to your insurance company if they overcharge you. And they don't have many frames in stock, either. What they do have isn't very stylish. I don't know who picks out their stock, but it's awful. Unless you're over 60, you probably won't be too happy with the selection, unless you enjoy shopping for the elusive needle in the haystack. Just go somewhere else, anywhere else. You will be happier.

If you want professional and thorough eyecare and not just your cookie-cutter “let’s get you hooked up with a pretty pair of glasses” optometry outlet, Dr. Divine is who I highly recommend. She stays up-to-date on the latest standards and treatment options for overall eye health. She made me feel comfortable & explained everything. I can always call about stuff like styes or pink eye or allergy concerns too. She also helped me understand how my overall health and even medications I take can affect my eyes and wasn’t just concerned about selling me glasses so I could see better. Her staff is friendly and helpful with picking out glasses and making sure they fit right.

This is a great staff and Dr. Divine is an excellent optometrist for the entire family. She is very good with young children, and her faculty has the latest technology. We have been going here for 4 years and I would not change optometrist.

Great place for all your eye needs. The staff very friendly and the eye doctor is great. She spends time and is very nice and informitive. She answer your questions and I never feel rushed like at most doctor places. Would highly recommend her for your eye needs.

I am always wary of trying a new place, especially when it's something as important as vision. It was very warm and inviting, the service was exceptional and Dr. Divine was very up front about costs, expenses and what was best for me. She was never pushy or overbearing, asked my opinion on more than just my choice of lenses or frames, tried to recommend what she thought was best for my lifestyle. Linda was very helpful about everything that I should and should not do when it came to contact lenses (as I am a first time user) and what I can expect with wearing them. I'm very pleased about my experience. I will certainly be bringing my family here for all of eye care needs!!!
