They were really, really great! I dealt with Brad and it was completely hassle-free. I started out buying on True Car but I found the inventory was being sold so fast, and some of the Carfax info was misleading. I just couldn’t find what I wanted. Brad was proactive and after a 10 minute phone call he hooked me up with a car on its way into the dealership. It is just as promised and more. I love it. Poquet is like an online car buying service in your backyard. Truly awesome!

I've had my car serviced at Poquet for years, and recently purchased a car from them. I saw what I wanted as 'coming soon' on their website and their sales team was so great in contacting me as soon as it came in so I could test drive it. We then exchanged all of the details over email, they told me what I needed to bring in when I picked it up, and they had all the paperwork prepared when I got there. Was one of the easiest buying processes I've ever had!
