DO NOT HESITATE to use this company. I had my carpets cleaned and the result was beautiful. I have very old carpeting and wasn't in good shape but when DualClean Services finished it looked amazing. This company is very professional. They did not \chit chat\ amongst themselves, it was all work and they will phone in advance to give an ETA which I very much appreciated. The price was very reasonable. I will not think twice about using this company again.
Dual Clean did a super job on our very soiled hallway carpet. Their new system left our carpet practically dry. They performed kind and thoughtful work.
I was somewhat disappointed. Some high traffic areas remained as areas of dark shadow in the carpet, and some easily removed pet stains were not addressed. I cleaned them up myself with a spot remover spray. I'll try someone else next time. Sorry to be a grinch, but that's how it was. As an added point for you to consider, I did not call them to return. I'm sure they would have come back to do the job better, but that's not the point.
We have had our carpets cleaned by the Dualclean guys for 48 years here in Forks!! Dave and his sons do just as wonderful of a job as Jack did all those years ago!! They are very professional, friendly and extremely accommodating.
