Are you looking for a family-run, down-home, one of a kind food joint on the coast? Look no further, Irie's is it. We eat here before and after every visit to the Aransas NWR area, four times now. It's just as good every time, so good that our kids ask for this place as much as they ask for the beach. The new location is fun and airy. Stop by or order ahead and you won't be disappointed!

So after seeing someone eating the shrimp avocado salad while we left the board shop next door we knew we had to try this place! We called all night and just got voicemail, it’s a tiny place and a favorite of the locals so we knew it would be busy... the next morning we called right at 11 when the opened and got right through... we ordered the shrimp avocado salad and the shrimp spring rolls... they were both amazing!! We will be getting this every trip back to beautiful Port A!

Overhyped. I feel like this place has lost a lot of soul from its old location. The food is good but not great. Prices are OK, not great. Just ok overall.

Wow! Really fresh ingredients and so much made in-house. The owner and everyone provided great service. This is definitely a highlight of Port A.
