Excellent getaway spot. Pool and private beach are great. Walking distance to downtown and jet express.

Good for short term leasing, good winter rates, just wish they would ice the steps after it snows, and that people wouldn't stomp on them, its very loud. Only bad thing is no insulation in the bedroom, so its VERY COLD, also, door needs weather proofing.
