Ordered table and chairs for a party. I was verbally told she was not picking up until monday. She stopped by my house sunday to pick up. Nothing was cleaned off because she was not coming until monday. She charged me a 25 fee for showing up at my house at 8am monday morning. I had all day to clean up table and chairs. She gave no set time on when she was coming. You can't just text people when they are sleeping and expect them to see your texts. I would never rent here again. I have never had this much issues with this place since dealing with this lady. If you rent with them directly go thru the guy.
