These people are a joke. For heavens sake, don't post a critical review. Seems that instead of addressing the issue and taking care of it, they'd rather double down and prove you right 10. Hours and hours waiting for paperwork to be transmitted to customs, its ridiculous. Affecting my revenue and the revenue of the Canadian driver who waits in Sarnia for my trailer almost every day. Awful, awful phone support and customer service (and no- thats not due to covid, they had none before covid came along) if you have a choice- avoid them at all cost
