They were able to fashion a new key for an 1896 child’s puzzle bank without any difficulty at all.
I’m a Realtor and found myself in need of a key. I tried HD, Lowe’s, and the key machine at Shop Rite.... none had the key I needed. I googled “locksmiths”, called this store and was to to come in, they probably have that key. So I drove 12 miles out of my way, and saw the thousands of keys on the wall of the shop. They didn’t have the one I needed. Chris looked it up and found a substitute for me. He gave it to me free of charge. Told me “if it doesn’t work, I apologize; if it works, yeah for us”. It worked! When I called to tell him and to give my credit card info, he told me not to worry about it, if I’m ever in the area again, I can stop by and pay. Great customer service!
Great service...made 4 keys for me within 10 minutes and for only 20! I would definitely return to them in the future..
