Dr Frandsen (and his assistant Carla (sp?) and the staff) truly care. Period. A family of 3 and we wouldnt go anywhere else on the peninsula for myself, my wife, or our 5 year old daughter. With many allergies, food issues, medication needs, physical set backs (genetic and motorcycle crash related), mental queries, etc etc etc... there are too many things to keep track of. The staff keeps organized, Dr. Frandsen shows compassion and skillful knowledge, and the whole experience is sanitary, careful, unrushed, and honestly what a family pracrice should be striving to create. (He has had more scalpuls in me than I care to admit... Checking this, removing that...) 5 stars through and through. Next time you or a family member need honest care- this practice is the cornerstone of care.

I found it to be very cold and a bit snobby. In addition, you can't get personal with the ote taker\ in the room. I also think the docs attitude is arrogant and lake bedside manner.

We've had an awesome experience with this office for our whole family. The staff are knowledgeable and good with both kids and adults.

Dr. Frandsen treats his patients with care and respect. He's been my family's doctor for over 20 years and has helped us navigate our share of medical issues. We are grateful for his thoughtful diligence and insight.

Ok where do i start!!!! If you are an attractive female you are in luck and will receive great care if yer a 40 year old male youd do better going to a vertrinarian Has no regard for your pain, barely touches you upon examination (which isnt examining in my opinion) of what is wrong with you, his assistant is there at all times so you feel akward in explaining issues considering he never asks if its ok for her to be there for the visit, has basic knowledge and his diagnosis always leads to physical therapy for everything and will always refer you to kitsap physical therapy they actually are great. If you work on a boat and get injured on the water it will always be billed as an L&I claim instead of a jonesact claim and if you tell his staff they will practically act as if they dont know or have never heard of the jones act meaning they have never dealt with any injuries from port orchard folks who got hurt on the water !!!!!!! When you do do a work related injury with this Dr he will become agitated and act like you are doing something that is causeing his business harm and will try everything to get out of being any part of the claim and you will most likly have to pay out of pocket for this because he will either not speak with L&I or he will lose your claim info and say he never saw it this has happened twice to myself so be very careful in dealing with this Dr save yourself some time and money and use a differant Health Care Provider I am now!!!!!
