We were very happy with the previous arrangements for storing our trailers. Easy pull in/ back in to park, we could get into our side doors comfortably. Now we have much frustration accessing our trailer doors. The spaces are so narrow, it is very difficult to access. The other day we had to drop something off and as we went past the adjacent trailer a metal part from it protruding out scraped me. Our doors are difficult to get into as well. We very much preferred the access we had before and ease of parking trailers even though they were end to end. The roadway is so narrow concerning future pulling in n out and now the roadway is muddy ruts...Main reason we choose this place to store our trailers was ease of pulling in n out and being able to access our trailers. Now we will have to pull out trailers to get in the side doors. Its nice that the storage place is getting a freshen up, however it feels cramped and over packed. Rvs need more side to side space then standard parking spaces. Patricia

So far (been here less then 6 months) everything has been great. Robert is very friendly, helpful and inviting which is a bonus (I have not had the opportunity to interact with anyone else yet). If I were fishing for something to complain about the only thing I could think of would be that one day the access was a little screwed up because of some contractors working; I don't remember the specifics of it but I believe they had a sign on the gate indicating there may be issues with access at certain times due to that - however some people live far away and showing up to a sign indicating you can't get in - when you need too would be a little irksome, these things should always be emailed out to customers as well to let them know in advance whenever possible (obviously emergencies wouldn't apply). Anyway, place feels safe and secure and I see them doing a lot of walk arounds too, I would recommend them to anyone. - Steve
Robert was very helpful and worked quickly to resolve my concerns. Would be great if he was better staffed to handle phones/emails etc as its difficult to wait on in person customers while phones are ringing, or already on the line with another customer, especially with covid waiting around outside in the cold...
They NEVER answer the phone. The customer service at this place has really gone down hill since the new owners bought it.
There clean always painting an mostly friendly. Pricing is ok other places are just as competitive.
