Today I listened to their recording on their answering machine to ask about \Free Delivery\ when I asked them, they said it's only for positive virus patients, I told them that I haven't been able to be tested yet and they were rude and told me they don't care and to drive up. Horrible customer service!

Dynamite store with some of the friendliest and most go the extra mile staff that you could ever ask for. Tier 1 people should stop whining.

Kind staff, attentive customer service, I called in a refill, and I received a text almost immediately after letting me know my prescription was ready for pickup.

Thought this place was great until I found I was paying more than double for Tier I prescriptions through my insurance. Beware: for out of pocket prescription costs (non-standard co-pay that is a % of retail cost rather than flat rate), Riteaid is THE MOST EXPENSIVE pharmacy in Port Orchard. Plenti points are nice but don't be fooled!
