Water system started out strong but I have noticed that the water has become a tad salty and is leaving more spots after only 3 months. Not as happy as I wanted to be. It is disappointing to have to pay 60 USD a month on 2 year contract. I expect clear tasteless water.....

Today we had a water softener system installed and the experience was exceptional. The Culligan technician, Mike was so professional and efficient. His knowledge of this system was evident by the level of care he gave to each step of the install and most importantly in how he provided education to my husband and me when his job was complete. With all the concern and craziness we are experiencing in this new Covid-19 environment, Mike was careful and aware of the extra safety concerns needed to interact with customers. We received our filter and softner in the beginning of January. We have had no issues. The sales rep and installer were both professional and friendly. It works great. The water is softer and we can now drink from the faucet. No more white and brown guck around the faucets.
A big “thank you” to Luis Briceno with Gulf Coast Culligan for fixing my problem with stinky water. I have been trying to fix the problem for a year. No one was able to fix it. I had a plumber out, but he couldn’t find the problem. I had Pasco Water out to test my water. They told me it tested okay. We put in a new hot water heater. That didn’t help. When Luis came out, he recognized the problem right away. Thank you Luis! You saved my sanity! Thanks, Rosie L.
