A year ago they installed granite counters in my kitchen and powder room. They did a good job.No problems. Yesterday I had them install granite in the Master bathroom nothing but problems. Was to the office 3 times just to get it order .always someone from the staff wasn't there. Then they didn't show up for the measurement .had to reschedule Then they called yesterday morning at 700.to tell me they would ne there in a half hour to install the granite . No one ever called to schedule the installation as Iam a truck driver Iwas in Texas.had to call wake my wife up so she could let them in. Then to top it off one of the workers ask to use the bathroom and never flushed the toilet left his Tard for my wife. And the there's the stain in the granite. Ill be contacting a lawyer when I get back into town.

Using this company for our granite was a big mistake. We had to have the kitchen granite removed and replaced by another company. We had marks all over it and they kept saying they could get them out. They told us they tried a product and it worked. We stopped by the shop yo see the results and they hadn't even opened the product yet. The salesperson Vito wanted nothing to do with us once he received payment. He did not return calls or texts. The owner told us he could get the same granite the next day but then in 2 days we were told it was on backorder. We asked for a refund and they declined. They told us we had to pick another granite from them. We had to threaten suing them to even get a portion our paument back. We had 115 sq ft of kitchen granite installed and 45 sq ft of another in bathrooms. They would only give us back 47% of the payment when it should have been alot more based on 115sq ft temoved due to acid rain marks. See attached pictures. They left after installation as if everything looked great. I would never use this company. If the deal looks too good there is a reason why. Buyer beware!
I got 3 beautiful and unusual slabs of quartzite for my kitchen. They also supplied the granite for my bar. The quartzite was a major decision. They took the time to make sure I was comfortable with the specific pieces. Dean, the fabricator went to the slabs and we agreed which cuts would go together. He made the features of the stone flow. David, the installer went above and beyond to make sure I was happy the day of the installation. Even the owner, Nick got involved making sure I was a satisfied customer. Shout out to Tina as part of the team too. Great job Coastal Floors!
Nice store but, they were one and a half weeks late from their original date for installation When they finally showed up many of the cuts were not done at the shop and had to be done on sight, not a major problem but then the cuts were free hand instead of table cut. The other problem with that is then multiple hours were added to the install time. The fit and finish was not to the quality I had expected and when they were \finished\ none of the joints or seems were caulked, I had to do that later myself. I think 3 stars might be a little too high but you can't give half stars or it would be 2.5 at best.
