I have been seeing Dr.Rosen for about 2 years now and he and his staff have been very compassionate and have helped me get through some very tough times this year. I am extremely grateful to Dr. Rosen he made my first Treatments comfortable and made sure I was ok through my infusions as well as the staff. I have no issues I have never had to wait longer than a few min to get to see him. Thank you To him and his staff

STRONGLY ADVISE SEEKING CARE ELSEWHERE. Husband has Stage 4 Renal cell. No research was done to see if the cancer had spread, no information given on treatment (immunotherapy) and side effects, no bloodwork done to figure out what was wrong with H after serious neurotoxicity from treatment. We ended up going to the UofM Sylvester Cancer center before he died from their negligence.

I have been going seeing Dr Rosen for 8 years. I have had nothing but good experiences with him and the staff. My only problem with the practice is overbooking and waiting for long periods before being seen. I have walked out on 2 occasions due to this. Today I had an appointment and by the time I was called the waiting room was packed. People were standing. Totally unacceptable during these times w covid. Especially in an oncology office w patients having compromised immune systems.

HORRIBLE-Makes it nearly impossible to get an appointment with the doctors and regardless of your emergency doesn't contact you back. Had to keep calling and calling. Told them it was an emergency. Provided no support and when I finally got an appointment it was well over 3 weeks. And all of this after I released from the hospital and told I needed to get an appointment ASAP. NO ONE THERE CARED!!!

Dont bother calling here. Oct 8th i reached out for an IV infusion as I just moved here. I had all blood work recently done and the lab orders from my Doctor. I was told by Friday Oct 12 someone would get back to me and Chyana was sure I could get in the following week. I called Friday and no one got back to me. I followed up Tues, Wed, Thurs, Fri and Mon 10/21 and Jolene finally answered my call. She said she didnt have all my medical records - not true. She was too lazy to look in the file which had EVERYTHING she needed and more. My doc resent stuff. 10/22 I get a call from Orchid. She tells me she couldnt get me in for 4 weeks. They wasted 2 weeks of my time and possibly risk my health greatly and the do NOT care. Do NOT call or go to this place. Orchid also hung up on me when I said that was too far out. Jolene never said the day befoer it would take a month. Both Chyanna and Joleen knew I was past due for my infusion and they didnt care.
