I would not recommend or return to such a business as this due to the Unprofessional defensive response and pettiness over a 10 class. First of all the clients or customers is what makes the business, Therefore you treat them with respect, professionalism and dignity. From your lengthy response to Haley regarding an incident that happened the previous class shows that you are on sides with your instructor and customer service is out the door. Had you looked at your time stamped camera from last week since you are bringing that up to justify Gina’s actions today. You would have seen that Gina’s 8:45 yoga class ran late 13 mins therefore when a member of our group arrived before 9:45 to come in the door was locked due to Gina’s lateness. Which is understandable because it can happen. Now that I along with 3 others arrived at 10:00 and by the time we walked to the door at 10:02am she locks the door. Now the rules have changed. Why is it ok for your instructor to run late but not ok for your customer to be late due to a GPS malfunction. I’m quite sure others have had this same issue of finding your facility due to the location their first time around too. We are all professionals and business owner’s that know how to treat our customers with quality customer service that goes over and beyond their expectations. That’s what we expect in return.
Just did my first class & I just wanted to let everyone know how wonderful it was !!! I can’t wait to come back to do more!! Never felt so relaxed!! Thank you so much Lori !!!
