Jeff “Salty” was amazing from the start. We live a good drive away from La Mesa and right away he sent us pictures and videos of RVs that met what we were asking for. We ended up taking the drive and purchasing the first RV Jeff had sent us the video of. During the process of looking he was extremely patient, answered all our questions and really helped us determine what was best for us. During orientation, Jeff walked us through everything and made sure we got everything we needed. And after we took our RV home, he followed up and made sure we got home safe. This is what customer service looks like. We will definitely recommend Jeff and La Mesa RV. Thanks Jeff and team for making our RV process smooth and enjoyable!
