Had Joe come fix my appliance for the 2nd time this year under his appliance protection program both times were different problems and both times he fixed them free of charge. Called Joe and within an hour he was at my house to service my washer and dryer. My Dryer was clogged up beyond belief he must have pulled 15 pounds of wet moldy lint from my exhaust vent. My washing machine wasn't draining there was 12.25 in change that was clogged in my drain pump. I figured it was going to be an expensive repair but Joe quoted me only 150.00 to repair both my washer and my dryer. Needless to say I am beyond satisfied!
