Mark was so very kind and funny. I truly believe he love his job and the people he cares for. I had been praying for my son to get best care that he need at this time and Jehovah answer my prayers through Mark. Mark called to check-in on my son progress and when I told him he was not doing well. Mark help me with in literally minutes. May Jehovah bless you Mark in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen

I had to admit my 75-year-old Mother due to mental health issues. All I can say is that the staff were welcoming, professional and very happy! Mark Humphrey was amazing, and kept in contact with me providing updates. It was very comforting, and his quirky sense of humor helped too! Also, my Mother said the meals were very good (she's fussy and hadn't been eating much!) She said that the staff were caring, compassionate and made her feel better both mentally and emotionally. The hospital was very clean as well. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone seeking help. 5 star review was well earned!

As I have not actually seen the facility, I can only at this point report on the staff interactions I have had thus far. I must say, a kind word, caring spirit and emotional support are just so encouraging as you watch a loved one go through a challenging time. These gifts are just some of what I have experienced with the staff, especially Mark Humphrey. I know the staff is very busy, but he takes the time to listen and you can definitely tell he truly cares about their patients. Thank you to everyone who has helped us - you kindness and care is so appreciated!!
