I went in because my tires were in bad shape and I travel a lot due to my job. I went in to Sams not expecting much to be honest. I was helped by Ethan and wow he was great! So knowledgeable, welcoming, and you could tell he works extremely hard to make sure all his customers are taken care of. It’s rare when you find people that really care about their clients. But Ethan was on it and I won’t be going anywhere else any more thanks to him. And I can’t forget forget to mention his team was great and very friendly and made you feel like you knew them. Thank you Ethan for such a great experience you are definitely deserving of the 5 Stars.

Sam's club is good at cutting corners and costs. Why not add a very expired bag of pasta to 5 other bags of pasta that do expire in 2 years? These bugs hatched from this sealed bag. This is what happens when pasta expires, Sam's Club is fabricating expiration dates and mixing old food with new. Employees were not concerned about these food quality issues.

I used this location to purchase and install 4 new tires. Ethan in the tire department is hands down one of the most professional associates that I have ever encountered. He worked with me personally to ensure I ordered the right tires and got the best warranty. This was the best price in town. Even if it wasn't I would have still used them just because of his customer service and professionalism. Thanks Ethan for keeping customer service skills alive:)

Fairly average as Sam's Clubs go; a bit cleaner, more spacious with very helpful and friendly personnel. Large parking area and spacious parlino at the auto service area. Convenient location just off of I-95 and use to Walmart Super Center and Home Depot.

Needed tires for SUV and travel trailer, Ethan was knowledgeable and very helpful even though he was extremely busy. Worked us in to make sure we were able to have them installed before our trip and didn't keep us waiting for hours. Great price and customer service and Ethan definitely goes above and beyond.
