Ann designed a beautiful home for us. The top reason we chose GreenPod was their commitment to green, sustainable, quality construction that fits with the land and is beautiful. We loved our time working with Ann and GreenPod. Ann’s energy and creativity inspired us. She encouraged our input and listened to our ideas. Over and over, we heard Ann say, “I want you to be happy with the results.” Ann is a responsive communicator and very generous with her time. We observed integrity in all areas of her work. Ann & her team have been exceptionally pleasant & hard working on our house project. I haven't experienced any issues with rudeness or inability to communicate with them as other reviewers have stated. Very excited to see our unique & beautiful home completed. The pandemic has taken a toll on everyone & the building process has suffered, but not due to GreenPod.
GreenPod is an innovative green building and healthy home design and building company. I've known them for quite some time and they are always recreating ways to build homes that we can live in holistically and functionally, even in small spaces. One of the things they do, that isn't done enough by others, is build specifically to the site where details matter. Their homes are beautiful and comfortable to be in. The demand for their products keeps them busy, but it is worth the time to have a GreenPod designed home.
Ann is a tremendously energetic architect that has a true passion for green building, quality products, and quality of life. She is a no holds barred person that is not afraid to tell it like it is for your project. Quality homes meant to be handed down if that is your choice or sold knowing you are passing on a home built to last a lifetime.
The GreenPod Team is the creative, innovative, and in tune with the frontiers of low impact, green living. The plans for our small home have evolved into an amazing and energy efficient plan because of the team, and we look forward to realizing this dream home this year. Ann and her team are the best!
