John came to my rescue after I was scammed by an online computer fixer I had been a happy subscriber to for three years. Either they patiently served me for three years then ran a scam after gaining my trust or the scammers were presenting themselves as the contracted company...in any case , as they had taken control of my laptop and had access to everything for an extended time there was potential of big trouble. John came and checked, cleaned, and , at least so far, I've no problems. John made a list of actions I needed to take to protect my identity. He also some improvements to our home systems and returned to help install the new wifi and spent time instructing me on finding duplicate files which were bogging down laptop performance. And...he is a nice guy.
