Let's face it, getting a new phone these days is a daunting, time-consuming task. Thank goodness Verizon was smart enough to hire Arthur! He knows exactly what he's doing! We were able to switch my phone out for the new Samsung Galaxy s21 Ultra, switch my husband's phone out for my phone, trade in my husband's old phone, get new cases, get the Google store rebate set up, get new gel screens put on, AND make some great updates to our account mostly while we were out running errands! Once Arthur had most of the hard stuff done, we came back, reviewed everything and were outta there within about 30 minutes. Best phone upgrade experIence EVER!
