NO DOUBT...THE BEST VALUE of any greater NY area boat rental service,. Though admittedly I do not consider myself a lifelong nautical expert, I have dealt with various boat rental companies in the area and used to operate my own speedboat working security in a lake. Hands down, this is the most professional, courteous, considerate and efficient company you will find. Some of the companies in the area, especially in the inner city, are outright disrespectful and confrontational. I had the pleasure of speaking with Katherine and Alessandra, and eventually spoke w/ the owner, Christian, all of whom were extremely patient, almost overly accommodating w/ scheduling, and really took the time to explain things, all the while keeping a composed and pleasant attitude. Most important of all, it was plain as day that all involved were very knowledgeable. This group is very hardworking and it shows. On top of that, the prices are very fair. You'd be hard pressed to find anyone that comes close to this place's overall quality of service and that includes pricing: good luck finding more economic fair deals that don’t automatically come w/ completely incompetent employees. I was back within a few days of my first rental and will be going back many more times!
Great day on the water! Fair price, great boat and an outstanding customer service (especially at the end when the guys brought over a cart to help gather our things and took it from the marina to the parking lot for us). Our friends and family had a blast, cant wait to rent with you again! Thanks :)
