I have dealt with Mark and PC Pros for over a dozen years and cannot say enough good things about them. Over that time they have built two PCs for me that were efficient and functional. On the occasions that I needed service they were prompt, courteous and modestly priced. Besides that, Mark is just a good guy and service is very important to him and it has shown in my dealings with him

WOW! These guys are great. Called when my business email went down, they had a tech on site in FIFTEEN minutes. The tech was able to get our mail server back up, provided an explanation why. They're migrating us to the cloud next month. So happy i called, they are a life saver.
Seth and Mark completely overhauled our in-house WiFi network, and solved a myriad other problems (including creative ways to manage and backup our devices). We had really been working inefficiently and PC-Pros always listens carefully and provides advice that fits the user. We highly recommend working with this very responsive, smart company.
It has been almost 20 years since we found PC-Pros (or they found us-who remembers) and we have never had second thoughts about them acting as our \go to\ IT guys. They never disappoint us, always find the solution quickly to whatever problem we encounter. It doesn't matter whether it is a computer acting irrationally, email refusing to come or go, router and/or wi-fi temporarily malfunctioning, etc., they always find the solutions and we are soon up and running normally.
Stay away very dishonest, rep was on the phone telling jokes and making small talk and billed me for it - did not show me the login time on my computer - STAY AWAY
