Went shopping there for some carpets. Was met and greeted right away. Was introduced to the available sales personnel. The gentleman was very friendly and was helpful. He showed us many different types of carpets and explained the good and bad qualities according to what we thought our needs were. He also explained the different types of pads to us. They were no high pressure sales. They worked with us on the best price also. I will recommend this business to anyone 100% satisfied.
We recently had flooring laid by Migala. We were very impressed with the 2 gentleman that did the work for us. Miguel and Miguel were very very polite. They worked hard to get the job done and they did an awesome job at the end of each day cleaning up any messes made from doing the installation. They were very courteous and respectful. We are very happy with our entire experience at Migala!
The experience of purchasing carpeting and having it installed was great through the whole process. Sales staff were attentive, installation was professional and fast, and done on my schedule. I highly recommend using them for their one on one service.
We recently had a home built and our builder used Migala for their flooring selections and installation. We selected our hardwood floor (walnut - 2 level upgrade) based on the model floor and a sample provided to us by Migala. We were out of town when the floor was installed but when we returned and saw the floor we were very disappointed. Rather than the smooth finish represented by the sample, the floor looked damaged and the consistency was very uneven (some boards looked like the sample but most didn't). The picture that I have included here shows the sample board placed on the actual floor. The difference in the finish of the sample and the actual floor is dramatic and yet when we let Migala know through the builder that we were not happy with the floor their representative told me that she thought the floor and sample looked very similar. She also said that the model floor was even more distressed which turns out to not be the case. Given her response I pursued this with other representatives at Migala and they reviewed our case and informed me that we got the floor we ordered and that the case was closed as far as they are concerned. Migala claims 100% customer satisfaction guaranteed but I am living proof that they don't back that up. Look at the picture and judge for yourself. It's really unfortunate because we are very happy with the home otherwise but this has certainly put a damper on the experience.
