I found him through Google, he was the first to pop up in the search engine. My husband and I stayed very close to him. We arrived and we didn't want much wood,( it was our first time buying wood). We got a trunk load worth of wood. The owner was very shirt and to the point. He told us he usually don't deal with this small transaction. It made me feel like our money or business meant nothing to him. We said nothing shut the trunk and left. Bad customer service.

Robert has done work for my next door neighbor and sold and delivered firewood for me. He is always busy, but answers his phone promptly and gets the job done quickly and professionally. I recommend his company very highly! george
I made three appointments to get an estimate to take down 1-2 trees. They no showed all three times and I wasted a total of six hours waiting. All you have to do is tell the truth that you don't want to do it and I would have been able to move on to someone who is capable of cutting trees.
