Don was the service tech that came out. He repaired what was needed and made several adjustments that made my chair much more comfortable. He takes time to listen to me and then offers the best solutions for each of my problems. One of the things that makes Don really stand out, is that he is always quick to respond to my calls. He always calls me back right away and always keeps me well informed. I never get hung up waiting for a call. John Pesterfield

After an extensive fitting and measurements to fit my child for a medical stroller they dropped it off and the seat was twice her size. She is the size of a one year old, but I was able to fit into it. They forced me to sign the delivery paperwork, and then took many months to correct their mistake. On top of that, some of the parts used were obviously second hand, and my insurance was charged 15,000 for this chair. Completely unethical. Unfortunately, most of us don’t get to choose the company for medical equipment supports.

After years of working with other local suppliers and experiencing lack of communication, delays with getting repairs, and the general lack of compassion, I was looking for another supplier. My first experience of getting repairs went extremely fast. Then several months later it was time to replace my chair. While my therapist wanted me to use my old supplier, my past bad history with them made me rethink and try ASM for the new ride. I am so glad I stuck with them. In the past it has always taken months to get a chair, but ASM took just about a month. The whole process was fast, very thorough, and focused on getting me the best equipment. I’m so happy with my new chair, and highly recommend them.
