The guys who run this business are very accommodating and are easy to communicate with by email or over the phone. They are thorough in explaining how to run their equipment and even help you load and unload the gear during pickup and dropoff. I was most impressed by their overall focus on service, over the typical arrogant \badass\ sound guy attitude I've experienced in this industry in the past. They are helpful, down to earth, and non judgemental no matter your experience level with sound equipment. Good job guys! I'll be back.
