I was so happy to find this office! I had been having trouble with my hearing aids and needed to get them sent in to the manufacture quickly, as my warranty was about to expire. I also needed to get them back quickly so I would have them for an upcoming trip. The office coordinator, Candace was absolutely wonderful. She went above and beyond to do everything in her power to make things happen quickly and did an excellent job of explaining the process to me and was very transparent about any associated costs. My appointment with the audiologist Lauren Rynders went just as great. She was friendly and welcoming. In the last 4 years I’ve never had an audiologist spend the time to break down the results of my hearing test with the patience and detail that she did. Friendly, competent, and wonderful people! All around great experience.

I rarely write reviews, but my experience at Audiology Center was truly exceptional. One of my dad's hearing aids stopped working, and since he got them through the VA, it was going to take over a month to get it repaired. This would have left him in silence for a long time! Luckily, I checked around and reached Candace, the office manager and tech at Audiology Center Northwest. She was incredibly helpful, and managed to diagnose and repair the unit in no time! It was really life changing for my dad, as he's completely isolated in a rehab center due to covid. His phone and hearing are his only connection to the outside! Thank you Candace! Your can-do attitude and skill went above and beyond. This combination of competence, professionalism and helpfulness are all too rare in today's world!
