I played at PBC for a year and had a great time playing at this facility. I used to play pick up games almost everyday at this facility with other members and staffs. Staffs Ralph, Randy and Yuma are really friendly and helpful. This place also have a sports shop for badminton accessories. I used to get shuttle from this place which are reasonably priced and of good quality. You can also tighten you badminton racket string at the place for a decent price.

Kids and youth programs are professional. Ralph the coach, starts from basic and keeps pounding on the important areas. My kid (13) had a lot of progress, while attending for 6 months. The price is very reasonable! Get your kid active! :-)
I have been a member of PBC for more than a year and half. I have thoroughly enjoyed my time in the club. The staff have always been helpful. As opposed to many who have complained about cancelation, my cancellation process was a simple email request that was acknowledged in a day's time. I plan to continue to visit the club when time permits and would recommend it to friends.
It is a total rip off. Beware of their hidden charges. PS: we never wanted any classes and we never claimed that we were champions. We came there as we enjoyed playing badminton. Rude responses and over charging on credit card isn’t something one expects from a professional and customer friendly place you claim to be.
Very bad customer satisfaction. No communication system to cancel the subscriptions. He is there to just steal ur money.
What kind of establishment takes advice and says "We Are Just Doing Fine" Terrible Grammar and Just Because of That even if the facility is good I know the owners are arrogant people. Dissipated...
The courts are good, the management is bad. I had to put in so much time to cancel the membership. I went in person to cancel the membership, I was asked to email to verify my membership, I did not get any response for 2days, then again I had to email and the response was vague. It took 4 emails to finally agree to a time when I can drop by and cancel my membership.
I've been playing badminton for about 15 years in 5 badminton clubs in US and several in Asia. Portland Badminton Club is the worst in terms of customer service, general attitude towards (new) members, and regulation. To the highest possible degree, I don't recommend this to any badminton player.
