I've lived at the Oriental for close to four years and I couldn't be happier with Bristol Urban. I've lived in a lot of rentals and I have never experienced this kind of service and consideration. They are always quick to respond to maintenance requests, go above and beyond to make me happy, and are really good people on top of that. Pamela, the manager in my building is a wonderful, creative person and a seriously excellent manager. Bristol Urban clearly cares about their tenants and buildings and I plan to stay here for many years to come.

If I could give this place 0 starts I would. They treat residents horribly. Only care to collect rent and doesn’t maintain these older buildings. They also use fake photos to advertise. I saw a unit nothing like the photos. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE. They will take your deposit with stupid reasons. If you fight them then the will give in so do that!

I rented 4030 se Pardee #1 for a year and it was an awesome apartment. I cant believe how quiet the place is at night. There is even a professional dog wash in the laundry storage area . Its a block from Trader Joes and in the summer the lawn is awesome to hang on night and day. If you rent that apartment you will be totally happy. You do need at least 1 if not 2 floor ACs for the summer Months. I had a small garden in the front so yes irises will pop in the spring!! Thanks Bristol Apts!!!

I loved my time at my Bristol Urban apartment, although we had numerous plumbing problems, my landlord and maintenance were very responsive and helpful. My property manager was Molly Reed and she is so kind and I’m grateful to have had her as a landlord:) definitely consider renting from them!
