Very well made product, and contrary to one of the other reviews here, they WILL let you pick it up locally if you just add a note to your online order. The location is a little inconvenient (as is fitting given it is a factory in an industrial area) but you can do it!

Inability to come into the location and pickup orders is kinda weird. I live right nearby, yet I have to pay 11.50 to ship a beanie. Also, the shipping method is USPS Priority Legal Flat Rate envelopes, which are 6.95. Why 11.50? They make a nice beanie for 8-15 though.
Very poor customer service from this company. Ordered a couple xl t’s both completely sized wrong one would fit a gorilla and the other was half the size. When it was mentioned they wanted me to send back at my cost to them and after inspection they would refund me back. Complete waste of my time and energy dealing with stupid people with zero customer service skills. Maybe try making the customer happy considering it was your mistake and attempt to remedy the situation by sending me the proper sized shirts.I won’t ever buy from this company again, they don’t deserve my business or anyone else’s. I try to support buying American made products but this company is a complete waste of time,poor customer service and zero quality control.Look elsewhere people!
