7/11/2020 - Rented the 30 foot RV for two weeks for a National Park road trip for our family of 5. The RV was so clean, spacious, and comfortable to travel in! It was fine to drive (a bit noisy) but we loved always having a bathroom and all of our belongings wherever we were. While it is pretty expensive to rent during the summer, we loved the peace of mind with the insurance and travelers assistance offered with a national chain. The customer service at this location was great and even let us tour a unit before we fully committed to the rental. Already planning our next RV trip!

Rented a Standard RV for a week. 2 people. Linda and Steve were terrifically helpful. It was ready on time and very clean. A thorough and efficient check-out. Great floor plan. Big refrigerator, no oven. Easy to drive, park and back up. And easy for my wife to empty the black water tank. Perfect.
We would definitely rent from them again. The RV was in great shape, no problems. The agents were great and walked us through the RV and how to use it. Price was reasonable and we got 12 mpg. Awesome.
Only rent from here if you want to get covered in human feces from a broken valve and get blamed for it, despite never having touched it yourself. Alternatively, you could rent from them if you want a vehicle that has brakes that could just.... Fall apart. I wouldnt trust Linda anyway, she clearly showed she will lie if it suits her by explaining that she's just gonna lie to the hospital about not working for 2 weeks so she can be at her daughter's surgery. TLDR Unsafe, untrustworthy, covered in sewage.
Linda and the rest of the staff at the Portland office really go the extra mile. My family and I ran into an unforeseen issue but Linda was understanding and helpful. The RV and entire experience was as-advertised. Thank you for the great service, and hopefully we'll be back soon to wrap up our dream RV trip!
