There is often a line but well worth the wait, people are friendly and helpful. Convenient being in the middle of town. Worth the price.

So convenient! They accept almost anything, with good rates considering the easy location. The loss of a star is simply because of the oadway\ to drive around, which is pockmarked with holes and I am always worried I'll pop a tire with something on the road, but nothing bad has happened except for mud everywhere.

I usually go here to dump boxes only and usually they are very sweet. Today a white woman w dark hair and glasses was absolutely rude! I told her brought in boxes and she gave me a ticket. I said oh no I’m just dropping boxes and I have never been charged. She said that’s only when we are busy. I took number 11. When I’m went to drop the boxes off a thin white male in a small truck was dropping boxes. I asked if he got a number and he said no your not suppose to when dropping boxes only. After dumping I came back around and gave the number to the same woman. She never even looked at me and said have a good day. I said oh I don’t need to pay? She said good bye. Very rude woman and needs more training or written up. Not okay at all!

This is a great organization to work with! After completing a neighborhood clean-up along Marine Drive, I called them to see if they would discount our load. Candace provided wonderful customer service, and they helped us out as much as they could. I'm proud to have such a great company to work with in our area.
