These guys are the best. I organized a large conference for seven years, and they have helped me out from the very beginning. They were able to find solutions that worked for my scale and budget as my event grew over the years. They also have a deep understanding of events, and always come through when the inevitable unexpected happens day of. It really feels like they have your back, and are willing to respond quickly to take care of whatever comes up. And that they have a great time doing it! I almost want to put on another event just to get to work with them again.

John and Devon were so much fun to work with on our virtual nonprofit fundraising event in September! They made what could have been a panic situation so much less stressful. Their competence, creativity, and flexible resilience gave us all the confidence to pivot our in-person gala into an awesome video / live-stream combination production. That they made this happen during the same week that a new baby arrived into their world and the local skies were full of wildfire smoke, impeding and delaying our video shoots, just added a little more craziness to the challenge, and thus their success (and ours, as a result) was even more awe-inspiring! We love Portland Event Productions! We hired them for our non-profit to help manage our annual dinner and auction. Several months into producing our event we had to pivot the event to a virtual event due to COVID-19. John and Devon handled the whole thing with grace and enthusiasm. Because of their work we were able to put together an incredible virtual event that resulted in more attendees (online viewers) than we have ever had before. We are excited to work with them on our 2021 event as we explore the idea of a hybrid event (In-person and virtual). They are truly full of ideas and creativity, we highly recommend this company!
