What makes this menswear shop outstanding is Lance Miller - this was my first custom-suit experience (for my wedding), and the whole process was professional and surprisingly easy. Already looking forward to getting my next suit at Hall Madden in Portland. Lance has a great eye for fashion and will make you look like a million bucks (despite the suits not costing anywhere near that much). Worth every penny.

Lance was excellent. During the suit fitting, he was friendly and helpful in helping me pick out a fabric for my wedding suit. As someone new to the custom suit world, I got a bit of sticker shock and he in no way pressured me. He gave me alternative options on where I could get a great suit and we planned another meeting for a week later. I ended up going with the custom suit with Lance. Lance even met with me in the evening outside his normal office hours to help make sure the suit looked great and fit well a week before my wedding instead of a couple days before my wedding, which was his only opening at the time. He went out of his way and cut into his personal time to put my mind at ease for our wedding. Heluva salesman and great customer service. I'll definitely come back if I ever need another custom suit!
