The folks at J&S did a great job on our tent trailer. It is an older Coleman and not many places would even perform the work needed. After calling several places I found J&S and they provided a quote, did the work quickly and the final cost was just shy of the quoted amount. Great job, thanks!

I'm so disappointed with the work that was done that I don't know where to start. I needed some delamination repair on my Class C, 30' Winnebago. To start the estimate was 2,300 to 2,700 dollars. We are retired and on fixed income so I made it clear that we could not go over 3,000. The final bill was 3,850. He called and explained the bill would be more but we were not expecting over a thousand dollars more. To make matters worse, my motor home was vandalized while in his lot. The catalytic converter was stolen. He would not take any responsibility and I turned it into my insurance. They covered the damages but only after a 500.00 deductible. To add injury, the RV was filthy when we picked it up. Saw dust and wood chips were everywhere. I also had a light damaged. With so many good reviews I really expected better.
Turns out our norcold refrigerator (15 years old) was shot. Jeff clearly explained the situation and our options. Since we have a pending trip, time was of the essence, and because of Jeff’s parts knowledge he knew exactly where to get the new boiler with in a week. The installation went smooth and we were again back on the road. The refrigerator has never ever worked so good. Way to go JEFF and Sandy for your outstanding customer service.
I was referred to J and S through a local RV place. the local place couldn’t take my trailer because they were slammed. I am glad they gave me this referral. I will be taking my trailer here from now on. I had quite a bit of warranty work that was needed. Most shops are not enthused on warranty work, but Jeff took it on no problem. It was done in a week, which was surprising. I called another rv place that specializes in Gulf Streams, they said they would be a couple month at least and they were an hour away! I am very satisfied! The work was done right, the price was good, and they were very quick!
J&S RV is always great to work with. I have used them for many years and always have gotten great service. I was able to get an appointment on line and get the coach checked and motor battery replaced in one day. I appreciate the great work and friendly service.
