During challenging Covid-19 times the restaurant offers a grocery service as well. Due to the specificity of the cuisine - no everything was available from a large online menu, but the items available were gathered and bagged in 5-10 minutes after the online order. Menu offers meats, salads, breads, preserves, some spirits, and the evening dinner menu offers a great variety of slavic food to go as well. Freshly baked bread was fresh! The herring salad was fresh and tasty! And smoked salo was delicious! The people in the store were friendly and helpful, definitely visiting again and recommending to others.

There was 2 signs on the door , one said “come on in” the other one said “please call ahead for pickup” just to make sure we were following the procedure they have in place we kindly asked the Lady servicing the Togo area....Not sure of her name but we politely asked her if we were allowed inside and she responded to pointing aggressively at the sign and stated “did you read the sign” which she clearly didn’t read the signs because there was two of them contradicting each other. After her asking what would we like to order she proceeded to listen and then stated we have to call to place the order...while she’s standing in front of us listening to us place our order. There was 3 of us there willing to buy food but decided not too based on the unprofessionalism of the worker , as were walking away she was apologizing but at that point we decided we didn’t want to be treated like that.
I love everything about this place. The owners care about their staff and it really shows. I was able to place an order for their delish dumplings to cool at home. And duh, they are frozen so we have to option of when to heat them up! Also, there’s a lovely sign letting people know about social distancing and not to come in. Because, DUH!
