Looking for knives with my youngest daughter. Walked into the store and while looking at the Kitchen Kaboodle, we were asked if we needed help. First off, the selection was extremely limited, and the person "helping" us was a bit more than condescending. She questioned my age (45), she questioned my knowledge of knives (I'm a cook), and then told me I probably didn't need anything "that" high end. I had 800 dollars to spend on a new set of knives, and I walked out of that store because of the rude service I received from that "oh so helpful" rude staff. As a person who cooks every night, that really spends on good quality I was shocked at how presumptuous that "helper" was. RUDE!!!

Underwhelming store. Smaller than it looks plus their inventory was pretty low. They took the limited capacity rule to extreme levels and were slow to grant admission to the people waiting in line. Overall not really worth it.
