I have been working with Mary for about 2 months for a career transition and cannot recommend her enough! She has been communicative, supportive, and very personable. I like that she was honest about the work I needed to do on my own and provided me with structured assignments and templates. Although my career transition is still a work in progress, I feel confident that I would not have reached the point where I am without Mary's help and coaching.

I’m half way through Mary’s “Work It!” course and have previously taken her “Dream It!” course and can recommend them both highly. Dream It will guide you step by step through self reflection to understand your strengths, passions, and interest. She then helps you match these with different careers. This course is especially helpful if you’re transitioning careers or not sure what you’re next steps should be. Work It is for people who already know what they want to pursue and gives you tips on job search, resume writing, career statement, LinkedIn profile, cover letter, interview, and salary negotiation. Mary is warm and supportive, professional and informed. She only works with women and really encourages us to ask for what we are worth. She gives invaluable insight into what it’s like from the recruiting end and breaks down how the job search is conducted so we can understand the process. Mary’s resume insight is just exceptional. The way she breaks down each person’s resume according to the job listing they are applying to it really minding blowing. Please note that there is homework every week and the more time you can spend on it the more you’ll get out of the course. She has helpful video’s and worksheets that make it fool proof to follow but you’ll have to put in the time for maximum benefit. Work plays a large part of our identity and sometimes how we value our worth so a job search can be emotional and Mary is prepared for this with lots of support and encouragement. Mary creates a Slack group of classmates and fosters a warm encouraging atmosphere where we feel safe to share our progress and learn from each other. I have learned so much from Mary, I value her templates and advise equally.
I had a pretty clear idea of what I wanted to do next, but I really felt a lack of confidence in how I was approaching the job search process. I needed clear direction, and specific recommendations that I could trust. Mary was exactly what I needed. She gave me great tools, critical feedback and validated my efforts.
