Such a special little place in the heart of downtown Portland. If you walk too fast you might miss it. Fresh oysters, Scandinavian vibe, tasty pastries! One of the best brunch spots in Portland.

Wonderful and Thoughtful preparation. Every texture, color, and flavor feels deliberate at Maurice. Liberal use of colorful, edible flowers adds a pop of sensuality to many of the dishes. I’d venture to say the relentless perfectionism in each preparation, dish after dish, easily qualifies as performance art. Highly recommended: passionate staff, excellent wine, and excellent food.

Gorgeous, cozy place. The menu changes every time I go and they always have something amazing. The staff are really nice too. They have some yummy open face sandwiches and quiches. They do close midday so be sure to stop in for brunch!

Awesome tiny French restaurant in downtown Portland. Happened to walk by when there wasn't a line a got seated quickly. It took a little while for the food to come out, but it was worth the wait. If you get a chance to eat here, don't pass up the opportunity.

An exquisite gem of a French luncheonette, serving small plates and entrees from 11am to 4pm, divine desserts, and excellent teas. The limited menu changes daily so be prepared to be surprised. One thing is sure, it will all be delightfully delicious and the attention to detail notable.
