Jessica and the entire staff are very friendly and knowledgeable and they are are caring people who want to make sure all of your hearing needs are met. They have great follow up. And call and email to make sure that everything is working properly and that you have everything thing you need to maintain your hearing devices. I love this business and there employees. I’ve been a customer for over 5 years and as long as they are in business I will NEVER go anywhere else. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND MT. HOOD HEARING to anyone who may have hearing issues. These people have it together. Very professional in every way. Turns out Jennifer was able to find contributing factors to my hearing loss that my primary care physician didn't even consider at my physical just a few weeks earlier. Going for a first hearing exam can be scary, and this was a pleasure.
I had a fantastic experience at Mt. Hood Hearing! I’d been struggling with what seemed like an ear infection for weeks. I was able to get an appointment quickly and Darien was super friendly and helped me get scheduled. I’m anxious around doctors usually, especially when there’s testing involved, but Dr. Gutierrez was so friendly and put me at ease right away. I left feeling like I’d just gotten to visit with friends. The office felt very safe in terms of Covid procedures, too. I don’t thing I touched a thing, not even a door knob. I highly recommend Mt. Hood Hearing!
My dad had his hearing aids fitted here and he has been very pleased with their service. I have come in a few times to have his hearing aids serviced and have also been deeply impressed with the friendly attitude and competent staff. These are good people and I would highly recommend them.
The folks here give the best customer service!! They are attentive, and accommodating. Vladimir speaks Spanish which has been very helpful as my mom prefers to communicate that way. They've replaced lost and broken hearing aids for her without a problem. They have always scheduled times that met her needs. Darien and Connie have both shown an extraordinary amount of patience and kindness to both me and my mom. I really recommend this hearing aid establishment, the people are dedicated and are the best. Five stars for sure. I wish all businesses treated their customers with so much care.
