Before I found Osprey Apartments, I looked in many, many different places. But as soon as you step through the door, you feel a very welcoming and positive vibe here. The staff had been incredible, very helpful, friendly, highly responsive. Everything is clean, organized, it is in such a beautiful place! This is definitely the best experience I have had with any rentals so far!

Super Troopers Since COVID hit the Osprey staff have been great. I cannot say enough about how Andrea and Brad along with the buildings support staff have done a great job with a building packed with sometimes (well maybe just a few) grumpy remote workers, ordering mounds of take-out, organizing mountains of Amazon packages daily and doing their best to keep residents safe and even engaged with things to do. They have remained courteous, professional with just the right amount of friendliness. Yes, like many of you are, I am bummed I can’t enjoy all the place has to offer right now, but overall the Osprey along with its crew has been a pretty great place to ride out a pandemic – Thanks Osprey

Good place to waste your money. Default answer by management “prices change every day so we can be competitive in the market”. If you want to be competitive lower the price by 500 on single bedrooms - and 1000 on two bedrooms and don’t raise the damn rent every year by a fortune then you will be competitive lol. Apartment game in Oregon is stupid.

Being back at Osprey for the 2nd time around, I can definitely say that Avenue 5 and the entire team at this building has made this the best experience I have ever had at an apartment complex. Everyone in the front office (Including our property manager Andrea and our assistant manager Brad) is so friendly and great to work with. And the maintenance staff here is the best that I have ever had the pleasure of working with (Eric and Aileen go above and beyond every day to make this one of the best buildings in South Waterfront to live in). We absolutely love our apartment here and couldn't imagine living anywhere else.

Osprey is a wonderful place to live. Love the location, the free kayaks, the management and all the amenities this neighborhood offers. Also, they were less expensive than some of the other riverside apartments and more conveniently located.
