First, the positive - I was helped promptly, got good advice, and got the part I needed. I'm happy to pay extra for service/expertise like this. But how much more? The exact part they sold me for 53 I later found is sold for just under 20 at all the big box stores. When I called back to see if there had been a mistake, I was told that their cost for this part is 43. When I suggested they try sourcing the part from a big box store who sells it for under 20, I just got the phone equivalent of a shrug. So - good expertise, but at quite a cost.

Great place to get parts. Never out of stock on things I've needed. Usually pretty quick. Most of the guys know enough to give good fast service just stay away from the younger ones if your in a hurry.
