Can some one please tell me when the older lady is not working there anylonger, it seems she does not know the difference between Tiff and jpegs which is sad as she is the first person who has attended me twice and both times just plain acted like she was new to the industry and said they did not handle hi detail screens!!. Perhaps it was my Mexican accent or the smell of tacos. My experience with this company is hands down the worst. Customer service was very bad.
