We ate outside on the cute picnic tables and there’s music from the seating area next door. I am in a strict diet right now & was accommodated with ease. I wish I had asked the gentleman’s name as he was awesome! My friends had sandwiches that looked mouthwatering. We all found the food divine. Would definitely go back here!! Stoked for this new spot in our neighborhood!!

BY FAR the best sandwiches my wife and I have enjoyed in a very long time! Absolutely delicious, fresh ingredients, and an original take on the panini. Don't leave there without trying the date cake!

I pretty much scoop up something from every part of the menu on every visit. I feel lucky to live down the block. Sandwiches always satisfy and Im constantly introduced to new flavors. Amazing bread. The freshness of the produce is evident. Chef Chris is really good people. Support your local food and with Sorbu you'll never regret it.

This food is so delicious! Creative and nothing like I’ve ever had. The prosciutto sandwich is to die for! Will be back many, many times. Thank you Sorbu!

Tried this out after hearing about them from Matta. The food was amazing with large portion sizes. Not your everyday food cart-very much worth stopping by and checking it out. The staff was very friendly too. We’ll definitely be going back!

I ordered the 5e5 sandwich which I think as is is vegan, but since I'm not vegan, added mozzarella and prosciutto to it. This sandwich was AMAZING. The bread, crunchy, fluffy, floury. The eggplant was perfectly seasoned and cooked and the mozzarella added the perfect element of melty goodness! My friend ordered the porchetta and it was out of this world. I will 100% be coming back and ordering everything else on the menu. Oh and also a wonderful plus, the woman working who I think is one of the owners and from Italy, was so so sweet and friendly.

Really love this food truck! They got a nice writeup in eater which is good because even though I live close by, I probably never would’ve discovered it. I’m no Italian cuisine expert so I can’t speak to the authenticity of any of the styles or recipes, but let me tell you this place serves some amazing food. My husband and I don’t eat meat but it looks like they know their way around some porchetta. I personally go for the meatless paninis, the risotto (when it’s available), and omg the SALAD. It is a solid meal of a salad and it’s so freaking good, regardless of what’s in it that week. I always find myself wondering how can a root vegetable have this amazing texture...how can a salad this moist also be so crunchy? Craving another one right now....They opened during covid and the location doesn’t invite a ton of foot traffic, which can’t be easy. I highly recommend showing your support by heading over and getting some of their food. I check out their menu each week via social media. So far delivery doesn’t seem to be an option (will update if that changes) but it’s pretty easy to call in an order and then go pick it up. I almost forgot to mention the bread! Don’t miss it!
