Excellent store. First time motorcycle rider/buyer. Stopped in about a month ago and spoke w/ the sales guy, Dave. Super knowledgeable about Yamaha and the industry as a whole. Told him about the bike I was interested in and that I wasn't going to buy that day. He still took his time with me and didn't try and push me towards something more expensive or try and get me on a bike that day. After shopping around a bit at other stores, I returned here to purchase a motorcycle. When I walked in I was greeted by John. Don't think he does sales, but he still walked around with me and took his time and answered all my questions. More than happy to just talk about motorcycles it seemed. Told him I'm ready to buy and then Dave walked up and simply said, "So, how are we doing this?" without a typical sales run around that I was fully expecting. Everything on his end was fast and efficient, he also seemed genuinely excited to talk about motorcycles while we were going through the buying process. Now, I just returned from getting my bikes initial 600 mile service completed. Dropped the bike off and got a phone call from John to pick up the bike at the same time I was told it'd be ready the day prior. If the store owner is reading this, be sure and keep this team around! I hope you're paying these guys well. Made my first experience with bikes a great one and you have a loyal customer on your hands if you do! EDIT: They could have a larger gear selection, (on-road gear that is) I ended up going elsewhere for all of it save for my jacket.

Decent place. Not great, not bad.
Have been in the store a few times. Good customer service but prices seem a little high. I ordered a rim and lug nuts, which both came in when I was told but still seemed slow. Well continue to go here until further issues occur. Nice having a Yamaha shop close to home.
Slim Dave is a very knowledgeable salesman. He really listens to you and will work hard to find a good motorcycle match. SD is dialed into the local racing culture and has the scoop on the events going on.
Got a few amazing deals so far. Smaller footprint, but good selection of gear especially if you're looking for pink stuff. A lot of shops only have one or two options for hot pink, or its all Fox. These guys had a bit more, especially in helmets.
I've always had excellent service both on the phone and in person. One of the few places that can change out a tire and balance it same day. Great selection of mx gear too.
Edit: I see that they responded to my review saying it was not their fault! It was a tune up and they forgot to reconnect a wire! Unbelievable. The second time they repaired it, the idle was off and they had to adjust it AGAIN. The management was awful, the response was awful, and no one in my surrounding scooter community will be foolish enough to use this business. TL:DR - Never go to this place for scooter issues. Was charged much more than any other shop for a tune up. I left the shop, scooter sounded good, less than 10 minutes later, the scooter DIED. This was on a Saturday after they had closed and they were not open again until Tuesday. I took on the cost of having it towed to my home. The manager did have it picked up to work on it. Said it wasn't their fault (yeah, right). Once I got it back, about a week later, it ran fine for a day. Then, once again, the idle was off and it would DIE if I came to complete stop. I had to argue with them to come pick it up and repair it again, they wanted me to bring it in and to pay for additional repairs. It took three days for them to repair it, but when I called to check on it, the cashier said it had been ready for two days. This was the absolute worst experience, and it is very unfortunate to see a manager respond to a review to say it wasn't their fault. I took my scooter in for a tune up - there were no issues until their mechanics touched it. I had since gone to Columbia Scooters and their prices are better, service better and they are all about scooters. Go there. And never Yamaha sports plaza for your scooter needs. But, if you want to pay a lot of money and have to take two weeks and two trips to a sketchy party of town, by all means.
So I needed to buy some plastic push rivets for some of my fairing pieces. Never been to this shop before so I figured I would stop by and check them out, see if they had what I needed. Well about. 5 miles from the shop my bike started over heating. Luckily I was close enough to just pull into their parking lot. Assuming that it was a fuse that blew, I needed an Allen wrench to pull my seat off. They wouldn't let me use one of theirs. Had to purchase a set. Got the fuse out, it was blown. Went back into their shop and asked to buy a fuse. Just a regular 10A classic fuse... Well they don't carry them. AT A MOTORCYCLE SERVICE AND PARTS SHOP!!!? Had to walk over to home depot and buy a pack of them. I then returned the Allen wrenches and left. So first and last time I will visit this shop. Oh also didn't have the plastic push rivets.
